Incredible learning and growth opportunities
Incredible opportunities to grow as a professional. In all the years that I've been with the organization there have been plenty of ups, downs, and change ( which is the case with any company). But through it all, I looked for gaps that I could fill or areas that I could grow.
Downhill FAST
The most important piece of information I want to share is that the positive reviews on Glassdoor are posted by marketing and talent. They have sent out emails to employees to ask them to write positive reviews on Glassdoor and Google because they know that current employees and former employees are very unsatisfied working here.
Good...but pay SUCKS!
The people are good and it can be a fun place to work. My regional manager was probably one of the best managers I've had ever. Work/life balance is respected here and PTO had never been questioned.
Run away and fast!
Some of the people are great and the unlimited time off is the only perk I ever had.
You aren't valued
I worked at Greenway before covid and there was a lot of turnover. C-level employees only worked there for a minimal amount of time so values and ideas were just what worked best for them at the time. Lot of good people who cared about the company left or were let go for unacceptable reasons.
