In the past, when I've trained new hires, it takes at least two weeks, sometimes a little more. We only do one or two modules per day, with the remaining time in each shift used for practice. Typically they're 4 hour training shifts. If the modules are short, I'll do a couple, but usually no more than two per day.Aug 5, 2015
