How accurate is uWorld's self assessment?
On the Self assessment I got 57% with the average of the test at 55%, was placed in the 72nd percentile, and had a "very high" chance of passing according to it. Took the test and passed it with 75 questions even though I felt that I totally failed the NCLEX. So I guess Uworld is pretty accurate :).

I took the self-assessment and got a 76% correct (97 percentile - very high chance of passing); I've done 1400 questions from the Uworld QBank with 73% correct (96th percentile). I plan on taking the NCLEX in the next few weeks. 5 Posts I took mine today with 55% score.

First-time test taker. I took my nclex last Friday, and I went up to 145 questions. After an hr, I tried using the PVT and got a good pop. Today I finally received the unofficial result of passed.

Honestly, I can't believe I am actually writing this!!! This thread has been so helpful to me over the past few months and hopefully, I can tell you all my experience and what worked/didn't work.

Just finished the exam in 75! But wow I am so so unsure of how I did. I know mark k. Says get to the hard questions, I feel like the questions I had weren’t necessarily extremely difficult which freaks me out even more! There were definitely a bunch I had to guess on because they were vague and could have had multiple correct answers.
People who say the NCLEX was easy were probably getting the hard questions wrong
The NCLEX test bank contains extremely challenging questions. I’ve seen some posters on this board claiming it was the easiest test of their life. The nature of an adaptive test is that if you get the hard questions wrong then you stay in the easier question range.
