Pay was very low for store managers. Is a good starting job for young managers to learn. Company hasn’t adjusted with times, behind on technology. Hours during holidays are awful.

The insurance and benefits are okay. The pay is lacking in my opinion for the amount of work and responsibilities that you have. The work life aspect is lacking as well. If you have a family this will be a hard job for you. The company has helped me a couple times but has also taken advantage and mistreated me.
