I know. I really want to be careful on this one. I might try overkill and get as many guys as I can. I would think I could fit up to 24 sets of hand around it! Surely, if we went slow and easy, it could be done.

I think I will pick up three 12 foot lenths of 4" by 4". I can use them later to build up the garden, and they will be handy as at least six handles for the bigger guys! I can try to affix them to the bottom of the shed for more stabilty as we move.

You mentioned the ground is unlevel and rollers might not work. Would log rollers work if you had a winch of some sort to help pull it along and have the other helpers there to guide it? I'm picturing a winch on an ATV but I'm not sure if that would be strong enough to haul the weight.
