The fee payable is dependent on the month your application is completed at the GDC. Payment is not requested until your application has been checked and meets all requirements for registration. Is GDC 2021 free?
GDC Showcase, which will be open to the public and free to attend, will run from March 15th through 19th, featuring networking and lectures in “a new array of content and formats.” Finally, GDC 2021 proper will take place during the week of July 19th as a business and education-focused event.
Is GDC Vault free?
Nope! You don't need a membership to access the content in the Free Section, which provides a preview of the vast archive of knowledge and information available in the GDC Vault.
Can anyone go to GDC?

Is GDC open to public?
Attendees with an All Access pass receive access to GDC Vault through March 2023. Alternatively, you can purchase an individual or studio membership to access GDC Vault.
Is GDC 2022 Virtual?

What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is the fee you pay to enter your name onto the register. It covers you from the month you are registered through to the end of the registration year. The fee and the dates of the registration year are different for dentists and dental care professionals (DCPs).
How do I pay the fee?

What is the GDC Masterclass program?
The GDC Masterclass program is comprised of day-long or multi-day, small-group workshops that deliver in-depth, hands-on training around some of the most important challenges facing game developers today.

Yes. While no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) is allowed to attend the conference or expo, GDC provides on-site childcare services. Please visit the KiddieCorp website for more information and to register for childcare services.

Yes. Nursing mothers may use the private Mothers Lounge located on-site.

When is the DCP renewal?
Annual Renewal for Dental Care Professionals (DCP) takes place in the weeks leading up to 31 July and for dentists during the weeks leading up to 31 December. Registrants will receive a letter ahead of the deadline with information about how they can make their Annual Renewal.

How long do receipts take to be available on eGDC?

During the Annual Renewal period you can remove your name by logging into your eGDC account where you will have the option of selecting 'Do not Renew' under the 'Manage Payments' section.
