I have seen people directing traffic at this spot at times and they discourage Uber from picking up there, so Uber may then direct you to cross the foot-bridge and in this case you go a little less than a block west of the foot-bridge if you are headed towards Bucerias (or even the bus depot) it would make sense to cross over the bridge to catch your ride
