Had to get new set of “inner guts” and a shell. Seems more stable, arrows need to be realigned on shell periodically though, so it’s still not a solid fit. Made 2 droids, one is just more solid than the other. Returned a pair of “inner guts” due to a jammy wheel on the “T” upper part of the engine. Bottom line- not even a year into full production, these injection mold pieces were manufactured a year ago. They are not solid. Please treat your droid with love and care, year 2 might get the bugs out of the plastic molding. A locking function tab for the shell would be more ideal. Magnets are very strong, must be placed properly or else you wobble and lob off. Beyond this- they took the sphero tech from sphero, bought it out. You can now have your own droid. It’s worth the money, only because Disney recognizes the hiccups. Major quality control issues with the shell. Cannot stress that enough. I await the future of these products because I firmly believe in them.
