Fun and positive work environment
This company is an awesome place to work. The people truly do care about one another and it's my family away from home. There is constant support, trainings, and opportunities for advancement. They put you through the ringer when getting hired, but I believe that they do it to make sure they find the best people for the job.
Official response from Uline
We are excited to hear that you have enjoyed your time at Uline! We are very proud of the people we hire and the opportunities we offer our employees. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Always working, no time for family or other commitments during the week
The company is constantly looking for new talent, and they dismiss qualified warehouse employees and hire kids out of college. Their numbers test is the main reason why people don't get hired, it doesn't matter if you had a great interview and a great background if you don't pass their numbers test you have no chance .
If you like walking on eggshells and being stressed out this is the company for you
Treated as a thing not a person. No life/work balance, unrealistic expectations unless you're a favorite. Constantly monitored and working in fear. They want you perfect making absolutely no mistakes.
Great people and great work life balance
Hands on training opportunities. Management works hard to make sure you have what you need to succeed. Great internal growth opportunities. Great pay and benefits offered.
Good place to make money. Will burn you out after a while. Very physical with micromanagment
Wasnt too bad starting there back in '15. It got worse though. Managers play favorites and some of their policies are wack. Pay is good, and you do have time off but getting it approved takes a long time. Overall place sucks. Total slaveship
Stable company
Stable company. Need to work hard and put in effort. Good pay and benefits. Workload seems to never go away which is good for job security. Managers are ok but too soft on younger generation.
