They try their best for You to be comfortable working there but the majority of their customers are not educated on what they are getting into, their interest or how it works. This results in the majority of the calls becoming escalated.

Hard work but not rewarded for it. The pay is poor for what is expected of you! The bank has changed as a whole, not as good as it used to be unfortunately.

Wouldn't recommend for anyone with a soul. Work culture depends on which manager you're assigned to; move to alternative departments and monitor what you share. Not a friendly place.
