Is DECKED system worth it?
In short: The DECKED drawer system is durable, solid, and reliable. After an extensive but logical assembly process, they result in a great-fitting, perfectly functional drawer bed system that will hold up to serious abuse.
Is the DECKED system dust proof?
Given the amount of driving I do through the desert, I'd have expected the drawers to get a ton of dust inside. I'm happy to say that there's a minimal amount of dust inside the drawers and would consider them 98% dust proof.
Can you put a bed slide on top of a DECKED system?
The DECKED Drawer System is compatible with both CargoGlide and BedSlide. With easy-to-read instructions, the slides can be installed on top of the Drawer System, creating a seriously ergonomic and efficient truck bed set up.

The two main drawers are in the center of the unit and hold 200 lbs. each. The drawers roll smoothly empty or loaded; they ride on roller blade-like wheels with quality bearings. The drawers pull out about a foot past the tailgate and have a preset stop.

What can I do with the DECKED system? Accessories and Usability
In my opinion, the most exciting part about the DECKED drawer system is inside the drawers. Each truck owner has different hobbies, necessities, and priorities when it comes to their system and how to use it. Organization is the name of the game with DECKED.
Keeping the Piece
The accessory that excites me the most is the Piecekeepers. These dividers are specifically molded with foam to transport firearms safely and securely inside the drawer system. As a diehard waterfowl hunter, this accessory caught my attention right away. Every duck hunter knows the consequence of putting a wet firearm in a gun case: instant rust.
The benefits of the DECKED system for hunters and anglers
The question of whether or not a hunter or angler will find the DECKED truck bed drawer system useful is a simple one in my mind. Think of an exponential graph: the X-axis is the degree of dedication of the hunter or angler, and the Y-axis is how useful they will find the system.

This drawer system is pricey. But you’re getting what you pay for. Whether or not it is worth the money comes down to each particular user. There is no clear-cut answer to this. If you aren’t going to use the system and get the most out of it, you don’t need it.
What is the downside of a deck drawer system?
One downside is the DECKED system takes up most of the standard vertical bed space, leaving things in the bed of the truck exposed unless you have a topper. Similarly, you’ll lose a lot of vertical space in full-size beds (though not as dramatically) and may need to remove your topper to haul larger items. That being said, the 2,000-pound payload on the Decked Drawer System allows for you to haul just about anything you need without worry. You simply have to be aware of the height factor of items that are now sitting on top of the drawers.

The company chose a compromise that limits the extension but still minimized the height of the DECKED system and the deck itself. This also allowed for a taller drawer.

Yes, the DECKED system can handle a true 2,000 lbs deck load rating so feel free to load up that ATV, snowmobile, or moto . For loading an ATV or other 4 wheeled items, the company has found that these Titan ramps work great with the DECKED system. Or for a motorcycle try Titan ramp.
