2 In what ways do you try to stay healthy? I try to stay healthy by eating a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. This time we are looking at some of the sample speaking questions asked in a recent IELTS exam related to health. Do you have any unhealthy habits? Sadly, a big yes. My work demands are as such that for most days coming back home is around 10 pm.
