But FDA has only approved the treatment for double chin reduction. So, the chin area can be claimed to be completely safe.

In order to achieve a visual improvement a minimum of 2 vials is needed. The studies that were used to determine the amount of Kybella that is necessary were based on 2-4 vials and 4-6 treatments. I have seen some nice changes and improvement with 1 treatment of 2 vials. Good luck

Even for minimal submental fullness, one vial of Kybella will not be enough for your first treatment and I doubt that you will be happy with the results. I always have my patients start with 2 vials for their first session. I would suggest saving your money until you can receive 2 vials and I believe you will be much happier with the outcomes.

Thank you for the question and including the photo. You certainly have a small amount of fat in the area, however, I personally have never given a single treatment with 1 vial. Generally most patients require 2 vials at a time and often need multiple treatments.
