I have fibromialgia and used to take 600 mg 3x a day. My doctor said I could take the 800 mg 3x a day. I didnt because the lower dose was working fine. As far as I can remember I've never had any side effects from it.

The milligrams are the milligrams. It just gets packaged in different sizes to help with prescribing. This is a huge dose and over what my doctor says should be taken. Side effects and long term damage can result. You could experience seizures and other threatening conditions.
