How many times has an intergrated washer broken down?
I bought an intergrated washer/drier in January of 2019. Since then it has in 2 1/2 years broken down SIX times. On the first occasion it took me five days to get an answer from customer services. The dryer after the first repair I switched the machine on an no water came into machine, the driver was still sitting in the van when this happened but I had to go through customer services to make another appointment. The faults I have had are to replace the circuit board, dryer not working on a few occasions, the engineer replaced a part to do with the dryer but that failed in time. Today I managed to get through to customer services after 3/4 of an hour to report yet again the dryer has stopped working, no heat at all. I asked the customer service person if I could have an email address, told him I had sent three letters of complaints, his answer they ignore letters, also used the email address I was given, emails were returned to me, this happened on three occasions today. I sent a email in April this year, no answer, today I was told if that email did not have COMPLAINTS as a heading it would be ignored! I could go on but having spent £700 on this machine, I think this company should not be able to supply goods if this is the way treat customers. They take your money quick enough!!! Next step after the engineer has been is to go down the legal route as I am not letting this company get away with this

Customer service is terrible. Waits of an hour to answer then if it gets to 6 pm it shuts down. An engineer came out today without the part that I had explained was needed. I only bought the machine in February 2021, costing £500. If you are called the phone operator is rude, as though you are being unreasonable in wanting your faulty machine repaired. The customer service seems to be combined with Beko. So disappointed and frustrated. Thought Blomberg would be a superior model and customer experience.
