Finally in Nov 2021 I received and email after continuous calls on receiving a credit that it had been approved and should see my credit within 2 business cycles . Booking# 74547397 - Parents were to fly out to cochin India on February 17 and return in April. The April flight got cancelled and as a result had to call CheapOair to rebook the April flight. Upon rebooking the April flight they proceeded to check in for there flight.

We made a reservation on the phone via agent due to the inability to complete the reservation online. The agent made errors in the names. The person was from India or the Philippines and had issues understanding English.
Which is better, Expedia or Cheapoair?
Expedia is better than Cheapoair on all levels in my opinion. If you must use a 3rd party, then use Expedia. I agree that you should run away from Cheapoair as fast as you can.

How soon should accommodation be looked for?
If I were to be planning a trip for next summer, when would it be more likely to find the cheapest accommodation prices? Is now too soon? Maybe in the winter? I suppose next spring it would already be way more expensive but maybe I'm wrong.
