people would only pick the front of the skids, wouldn't wanna have to get right in the pick spot for a even layer of product, and its no fun cleaning up spilled paint : (

Always accommodated schedule to work around school, gave us two 15 minute breaks and an hour for lunch, gave us a gift card every Christmas for groceries, had a profit sharing program, had several programs to help employees get gym memberships or buy computers etc.
Family values
It is possible to learn who you are in alignment with the companies goals in its operating parameters. It is nice to be able to grow professionally and personally at ones workplace.
