You get pay a salary for 7.5 hours but you work around 10-12 depending of your work ethics as the load of work is a lot and you have to get work done and follow a their process of how a claim needs to be handle.. Most days we work without lunch. Management is ok, you ask for help and they tell you to ask a peer. This job is for workaholics or someone that don't mind to work many hours just getting pay for 7.5. Raises are not good, at the end you end getting between 10.00 and 25.00 cents.
