I enjoyed the job and working with people but there was a lot of stress in regards to sales requirements that made the job too time consuming. This interfered with my family and home life which was why I had to resign.

Overall it’s a good place to work up until the company change. I liked how things use to be and I just can’t get use to no employee appreciation. The benefits are good and room for advancement. When it comes to breaks it’s different for everyone. Our 20 minutes is 40 for my line lead and our 30 lunch is an hour for him.

overall the company used to be ran well; we were recently bought out by another and since then there has been 0 work life balance, no one feels valued or appreciated and there has been no goals presented, its about the amount of cases you can produce and nothing else.
Communication with the team and the customers
I was part of a very decent group of people and was very comfortable communicating with them. When the days get busy, it is very fast-paced, but when it's not busy, it can get boring.

Honestly this is one of the best places i’ve worked at, sure the 12hr shifts can be draining but your coworkers make it fun. I’ve worked at many places and this is the only company that has given me all of my breaks. Not to mention my supervisor is extremely helpful and makes sure all of us are well taken care of.

No work life balance
Long 12 hour shifts. Physically demanding if you're a good employee. If you're lazy, enjoy the free paycheck your hard working co workers provide you. Mandated OT is very very common, 60-72 hr weeks. They couldn't care less about you, it's all about making money for them.
Not god place to work
Higher ups do not care for you and will fire you for any thing if its your fault or not, rarely any breaks , short breaks, favoritism between managers and supervisors.

Dreyers was a great company to work for. Pay and benefits were good. Overtime was available. Management was helpful when problems happened. Would still be there if plant had not shut down.
