Spectacular Incompetence
Ordered a dethatcher in May. They attempted to ship it to me three times over a three month period and it has been returned to sender each time. It’s now August and I have still not received it even though they have charged my credit card for it. FedEx says they can’t fill out the shipping paperwork properly for the battery.

I have (4) Greenworks 25" mowers. Been using them for three years now. In addition to the batteries which came with the mowers, I bought (2) 60V Pro 5.0AH batteries from Greenworks.com in April, 2020. Well, both of these newer batteries will no longer work, after trying each many times on our 6 chargers.
Cute but flimsy designs, & 0 backup
Purchased their $260.00 80 volt trimmer, and the motor dies about three seconds after I trigger it. Technical backup is apparently 3 high school girls, seated in a Brooklyn basement (or the equivalent).

I agree with others. If I could rate my experience a zero, I would do so. I have called customer Assistence two days in a row. About my Greenworks Elite pressure washer. The first day on hold for amount two hours ( the recording said two calls are ahead of me). Today only one call ahead of me. I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours.
Excellent Service
Purchased a cordless rechargeable pole hedge trimmer three months ago. Product was excellent and has easily dealt with my 10’ high 25 yard long hedge 😊. Last week though the motor just stopped. All companies, whoever they are, have issues with products on occasions it’s how those issues are dealt with.
