I am having trouble because I'm always hungry 2-3 hours after eating breakfast or lunch (dinner is OK). I have breakfast between 8:00 and 9:30 and I'm always very hungry by 11:00, and I have lunch at 12:00 - 14:00 and I'm always very hungry by 16:30.
