Some of the as much as 14 which is the highest PH level. Neutralizing shampoos are suppose to be very acid, meaning PH level below 7 (I think 3 or 4). Shampooing your just relaxed hair which already has a very high PH level with an acidic shampoo should ideally bring your hair PH level to 7 (which is neutral)
