Is JetSuiteX always this cheap?

Is it always this cheap? No. A week after booking, I checked the price for my itinerary and it had more than doubled. To echo airline travel point pushers, miles churners, and the cult of Ben Schlappig (“Schlappigans”), when you come across a flight deal that’s too good to be true—regardless of destination—book first and plan later. Therefore, by that logic, book way out in advance every single flight on every single itinerary JetSuiteX offers. Spend tens of thousands of dollars on flights you don’t even need. Book now, think about your finances later. And while you’re at it, don’t forget to use my referral code E9VX9K.

The video about my JetSuiteX flight to Las Vegas

Getting the pictures that I need for my trip reports isn’t all that difficult. It’s the video footage which is more challenging. Basically, it’s hard not to feel exposed and vulnerable as I’m standing motionless (and mute) trying to grab a 15 second clip of something that normal people would never get video footage of (like a check-in desk).

The Flight Experience

  • On the day of the flight, we left my house at the ungodly time of 5 am to catch the flight that was slated for 6:30-7AM. My friend was unaware of what was going on until we actually got to the terminal and when she found out, she was ecstatic! Our flight was quite short and had us going from Santa Monica Airport in Los Angeles to San Diego International. The flight itself was sched…

  • After flying with JetSuite twice, I looked into more options for some sort of membership to gain access to these empty legs on a regular basis. Membership costs $9,000 a year and lets you fly unlimited empty legs and re…

Bottom Line

  • As an aspirational booking, JetSuite can be a really fun deal to buy. If you’re someone who travels frequently between two major points that JetSuite services, it might be worth it to keep your eye on the Suitedeals page. I only say this because often times, last minute travel up and down the coast of California can be cheaper with JetSuite rather than buying a commercial ticket. At $536…
