3 months waiting for my refund...still waiting!
I returned a dress in Oct 2021 because it was too big. I am still waiting for my refund and it is now February 2022!!! I have emailed the customer service team directly MANY times to chase this up, but the emails have not been responded to, one even bounced back due to 'a full Inbox'.
Received used and damaged item with garbage in it
I ordered a wool coat from them last month, received it and at first I absolutely loved it. But after a week it was falling apart. The wool was piling everywhere and pulls all over the place. I emailed them about quality control and they agreed to take it back and refund me everything including duties.

Terrible customer service
If I could leave no stars, I would. I placed an order on the website. The website advertised free next day delivery for orders over £75. I was charged for delivery. False advertising! I contacted customer services to get the delivery reimbursed. Customer services were useless.
Unique style
I was browsing for a unique style and came across Karen Millen. I received my three skirts that I absolutely love! Not only they are different from the ordinary mass production, but also a great quality! I had to sent one of the skirts back due to the wrong sizing. I had no problem contacting the customer service via email.
Promises kept, expectations exceeded
I cannot express my pleasure enough for the way that KM have dealt with my queries recently. I used the WhatsApp service which is amazing and I for one will be sorry to see it go. They provided a refund on a discount code which has not worked properly and it was in my account within a couple of days. Amazing company and fabulous products too.

Extremely poor customer service
If you use this company just prey you don't have a problem. No phone number, no complaints dept etc so just customer services. Was send a faulty item that someone had clearly tried on before and split the seam on the bottom. I wanted to re-order but the item had gone up in price.

Gold delivery does not mean it will arrive next day
I purchased the Karen Millen Gold delivery to ensure I received my order on time however it was delivered a week later rather next day and when I asked Customer Services to raise a complaint about two separate orders being late they stated that they are not responsible for courier delays as per their terms and conditions.
Wrong size TWICE
Ordered a dress from Karen Millen in a size UK 6, when it arrived I immediately saw that the dress was much bigger, in fact it was in a size UK 10.

WHAT??
I opened the door for the UPS delivery man who was bringing my Karen Millen package with almost $1000 worth of clothing. The UPS guy said "I have your package but you owe $165.20 in brokerage fees". WHAT?? I said no way. He said he'll come back again tomorrow after I figure out what the story is. Karen MIllen has no phone number- great.
Dress zip broken and no belt
Dress came with a broken zip and no belt - reached out to KM on twitter to resolve but no reply forthcoming. Zero quality control and poor customer service - I expected better.
Good experience
Third time ordering from KM and it’s my third positive experience. Dress arrived within a day (gold shipping), fit perfectly, and beautifully made. One of the threads of a flower came off but an easy fix. Hopefully the rest of them aren’t so weakly stitched, but so far so good. Hopefully my good like ordering from KM continues…
