Purchased a Kincaid sectional a few years ago. Soon after purchase, I noticed a divot in the 1/4 round part of the sectional. The frame appears to be missing springs in the front or perhaps just be a defective design. As a result of the concave frame, the cushion has ripples and has become concave as well.
