We were introduced to Le Peep in 1990 in Kansas City. We loved the concept, and even though we had no restaurant experience we always dreamed of owning our own. Ten years later, after re-locating to Omaha, our dream became a reality!

Even though Le Peep is a part of a small chain out of Aspen Colorado, what people may not realize is that we are not your typical "franchise" operation. We are Le Peep licensees and as such, we are owner operated and independent. This allows us to operate our business our way! From designing our locations to sourcing our ingredients and tailoring our menu, we work our business every day to ensure that our customers have the absolute very best experience every time they visit one of our Omaha, NE locations.
