God awful driving
My review isn’t about the company itself, but instead about the drivers. Drove home today and for 20 minutes had one of these disabled drivers behind me. Couldn’t even see its number plate in my rear view mirror as it was so close to me.

Work life balance is great, once territory is built up with clients bonus is lucrative
Quality of life
Hours. The management requires to stay extra hours even if you have something planned they make you feel bad for leaving. 10-12 hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday depending on workload. Work/life balance is lacking.
If you like a chaotic work environment with no accountability then you will love it here
Monday Thru Thursday and half day Fridays. Low stress half the week. You get a lot of freedom.

Not good
A lot of favoritism and racist attitudes for whites and blacks. The good workers were not respected. The sorry workers were give promotion. There were a lot of bias there. If you kiss butt you could move up.
Good place to work. Not enough time with the cars
I loved my time at Manheim! I was never bored and enjoyed the many people that I had the privilege to work with. I especially enjoyed the fact that I would be exposed to different jobs in different areas. Management allowed me to still participate with the drivers even after I was done with my other duties.

Good place to work. It could be better if the pay was higher. Overall it's a good company but not a great one. It needs to pay better and provide more working hours.
All bad
People use profanity and not very friendly not a good place to work. They do not enforce the rules of the handbook at all bad people who cussed and been to office and never been fired they let them get by too many times
Favoritism at workplace
It depends on your location and the department you are in. I worked at many locations. One is better than the other. Lakeland location has a lot of favoritism and nepotism. A lot of hard work being unnoticed at this location.
A company of culture and teamwork
I thoroughly enjoyed working for the company, however their growth and training structure was lacking. Employees yearning for growth, and showing such through educational development are not reinforced to advance. It is very much a who you know circumstance. Ultimately, a wonderful company with little short comings.
