How fulfilling was transporting patients?
Transporting patients was fulfilling. It took some time to get use to where all the areas were but that’s normal considering it’s a large hospital. My manager was helpful and the schedule made it easy to go to college as well. Patients were appreciative and it made for a wonderful experience,

Work somewhere else. This place does not care about you or your family. It is all about them and they don’t care what problems you are having at home Stay away
Do hospitals care about their employees?
They do not care about their employees or patients. They do not like when you stand up for yourself, and that will put a target on your back. They do not handle the problems with management, so the problems consistently continue.
Is the upper management bad?
The upper management is horrible. Never consistent and always looking to cut. Although I loved my job, I never knew what the upper management was going to do. It was very unstable. Additionally, they made it mandatory to take COVID vaccine and terminate those who refuse.
