Finally completed my 125' retaining wall after 4 months of weekend work!
In April I set out to build a retaining wall in my back yard. I got quotes for $20k+ and decided it was worth the DIY effort.

So I have zero creativity, and I want to repair, furnish and redecorate the house I just bought. Do you know of any sub where you can post pictures of your room and have people have a go at designing it? New fence and shed were permitted but zoning says they're not legal
So we had a fence and shed built several years ago. All of the work was permitted. However, now that we're selling our house, a survey revealed that both the shed and fence are over an easement. We called the permit office to confirm and they said yes everything was done correctly and permitted.
