Manager dependent
Flexible work schedule Okay benefits. It’s a good place to learn and get your foot in the door, but after about 6-12 months you can find other companies that pay much better, have better benefits and have a better culture.
Payroll & Schedule
They are very unorganized & relay information to employees (work schedules & training schedules)on a 2-3 day notice. They pay very well but pay you when they feel like it. It's definitely not consitant like it should be or is stated in their contract.

Great Career
Great work environment Travel is great Job is relatively easy, some hiking is rigorous
Not impressed
Foreman have no help from upper level management, things are sloppy in the company it’s just frustrating.
Travel
You will never be home I mean ever. They start you "close" to home to get you comfortable then it's on the road. Supervisors are passive aggressive about everything.
Okay company if your single
Bad hotel choices , instead of promote in field they would rather hire new foreman and they suck and it is rough on experienced crewmembers to pick up slack. You will be sent out of town sometimes out of your home state an it will be rough on your family time.
