The job is straight you get off days you get paid holidays. The pay just not there. Its a 12 hour shift and you make little money. The coworkers are great.
Unorganized place to work
Poor management that only cares about getting paint out. Some people make 12/hr while others make 14/hr doing the same job. PPM don't produce enough paint which means lines are down. They don't send people home if there's no work. They use people instead of paying them their worth.
Worst job ever
They are unorganized, rude, and will fire you over one call out. Worst company and highly don’t recommend anyone to work here. All their machine are broken or dont work correctly. Work conditions are intolerable, very hot and the actual work can overwhelm you and nobody will help.
It's Cool
First impression is everything, so it was ok. I walked in and got a job immediately. I don't feel like I'm getting paid enough. I honestly don't think any of the warehouse associates get paid enough. But the job and easy enough. My advice is don't knock it till you try it.
Manufacturing Paint is interesting!
This place lack structure. The managers only care about numbers NOT people! They try to Implement certain things but management lack the dedication
It was fun and I got to learn new skills
