Kid-friendly and beautiful! I took my daughter to Rock City and was pleased with how kid-friendly it was. I hadn't been there since my own childhood, but much of what I loved as a kid is still there. The self-guided trail has LOTS of steps, but there are lots of places to rest for both little legs and older ones.

You Can Take Little Kids to Rock City. My mom and I took my three little ones to Rock City on Lookout Mountain. With a huge cliff with the view of seven states and a very long suspension bridge, I wasn't sure if it was a good choice for our day trip.
