I used snap travel in August of 2019 to book a hotel in Mystic CT. The entire experience was utterly horrible. Customer service promised a resolution but never delivered. We didn’t stay at the hotel after the hassle we had with this terrible company.

I accidentally stumbled on Snaptravel from google’s hotel searches. Snaptravel had a bargain price for the 5 star resort in Algarve. I was nervous at first, from reading the negative reviews. Fortunately my booking was confirmed a few days later with the hotel resort so very happy with that.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Booked a classic room and specifically avoided picking the room that was labelled ‘shared bathroom’. Upon check-in the receptionist told me my room is with a shared bathroom. I had to pay to upgrade and Snap won’t refund! There was nothing whatsoever in my confirmation stating shared bathroom.

This was the easiest booking! And I found a last minute hard to find room at a resort for at the lowest price. No problems at all!

Switch and Bait Company. If you see any SnapTravel cheap prices on google. Your wasting your time. Do not use them! Customer service reads from scripts and copy & paste type of company. Their excuse for false advertisement is dynamics in pricing. Which I was in the hotel lobby. Once you have clicked on them, the prices changed.
