Great company. When my item showed up damaged, they replaced it without question and did not even ask for a return. Instead the damaged item was donated to a homeless shelter.
Shipping or lack thereof
It's been over two weeks and my order has not shipped. Even worse they sent information to FedEx and it's been pending for 10 days. Best part it was scheduled to be delivered last week. Good thing I bought my holidays gifts from here. Hope it arrives before 2022.

Not only is the mission and values of this company far beyond many “green” or sustainable companies, but the customer service is outstanding and far exceeds any other experience you would typically have. Although I had an issue with an item and sizing, they made it right and in addition offered extra support another item I needed assistance with.

When I had a bit of trouble logging into my account at Tentree, I got excellent support from a customer service rep. She also checked in with the warehouse to find out the status of my order (which is what I had wanted to do). The first of two orders arrived today, and I'm really pleased with the items.

They DO NOT plant ten trees
I would never buy TenTree. I work for a major environmental organization which has dealt with TenTree. “TenTree” DO NOT PLANT TEN TREES for every item. They donate one dollar to reforestation. Basically, they give 10 cents TOWARDS the cost of planting a tree, ten times.
