USHA is a flawed system to say the least. It is basically a pyramid scheme. They say that you run your own business but you only get a portion of the commissions. The Insurance you sell is sub-par and the company will do everything in its power to not pay medical expenses. If you plan on working here, do not work at the Charlotte Office.

US Health focuses on HOPE Helping Other People Everyday. I love that they not only look out for our clients but also for the employees as well. This is the highest paying company that I have ever been with bar none. It is a great work environment with lots of contest and money to be made.

This position is not for the faint of heart, and will not work out for you if you're lazy. It is an amazing opportunity to make 6 figures within your first year, but you have to be willing to work for it. USHA is one of the best company I have ever worked for. The hours are demanding but it is EXTREMELY lucrative and the energy is amazing. They offer great advancement opportunities and compensate generously with bonuses. I averaged between 2-3K per week while working there. The only negative thing I can say is, the hours were brutal but if you don't mind hard work, it's the perfect company to work for.

I've been with USHEALTH Advisors for 5 years and this company has transformed my life. I started a little later at age 47 after having practiced law and worked as an entrepreneur and both the income expectations and the "quality of the work" expectations have been surpassed at USHA.
