my daughters and i all went shopping at the mall in cool springs, tennessee. we decided to go into vera bradley to purchase backpacks and lunchboxes for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. we went in excited and expecting a great outcome and experience given the prices of their products.

Your customer service is excellent, but I ordered a crossbody/fanny pack bag and when it came the fanny pack strap would not go through the hole. I returned it and ordered another one which came today. Same problem. The stitching and hole that the strap should go through is too small to pull the clasp out to remove the fanny pack strap.
