Low pay, 6 day work week, company doesn't care about employees quality of life
Very low paying company, one of the lowest in Jacksonville. Work 6 days a week. Managers and supervisor are incompetent and don't care about your quality of life. As long as they look good and get pay good the rest of us don't matter. 1.5 % salary raises. Raises are for only some drivers NOT all.

Vacation Students are being place outside the warehousec in the re wrap area where there is all kind of stock, damaged,staled,bees, pick stock with our hands in the sunny days, work long hours, get stinged by bees, the shift starts at 6am-2pm the team leader would ask us to stay behind at 1h45, and leave at 4pm.

Great brand but largely understaffed and so you typically work during your vacation. Some roles can appear redundant because the bottlers do a lot of heavy lifting.
