May 18, 2011 · Never have, never will. Waxing the bottom of a boat is a complete waste of time. Not only does it slow down the hull, it's a pain in the back. I rinse the hull down once or twice a year with highly diluted hull cleaner and the hull is still as off white as the day I bought it.
