the pay is good, we get paid to stand around and do nothing when it’s slow, so that is enjoyable, they work us all the same regardless, so paychecks are steady. management is terrible, the cashiers have the heaviest load and are over worked. and are often left alone to check people out alone because the cross train people in back which leaves cashiers short staffed. The floor associates always get on their phones and are out of dress code
