I actually just eat them quite quickly, as one chook only lays once or twice a week and the other probably 5 out of 7, so I usually get 7 eggs a week the other 2 are silkies and as far as i know, not laying yet, but when they start I'll probably be lucky to get 3 a week from either of them!
