They have multi layered systems for doing everything, 1 million forms and steps, and still in the end the result is mediocrity. There is a lot of wasted time and material in order to do things according to policy.
Was the first job a good one?
It was a good first job and allowed me to have a flexible schedule while learning about the workforce. There was a good employee discount and managers were understanding of a student's schedule.
Is Overal a fun job?
Overal this job is fun and i do enjoy going to work, however the hours are not set which can be an issue as well as with most retail jobs some staff are not easy to get along with. I did however find many people i do enjoy working with and would love to see outside of work.
