Depending on what you are going to do, PCM tuning is always a benefit, I do my own, but Intense seems to have a good rep on these too. Or get a tuner program and do it yourself if you are comfortable with it.
Does KR make a difference during throttle?
There was no noticeable difference on Kr during throttle. While my foot was on the gas i didn't notice any new KR, but on leaner conditions or deceleration it definately seemed to create a hot spot. Then again, I am using 9.5:1 compression so maybe somone with less compression can see better results out of these plugs.

If say you wanted to go down to a 3.5 then you would need to have a good intake and exhaust set-up to start with. From that point on, the lower the pulley the more supporting mods.
