What lengths do BCI Joists come in?

Do BCI joists need blocking?
It seems that most new houses around here use the 9-1/2″ deep x 1-1/2″ wide joist, 16″ o.c. According to BCI's literature, one should use blocking below any load-bearing walls running perpendicular to the joists.
Do I need blocking between I-joists?
