This is a good place for someone wanting a lifetime career. There are many employees that have been there 20+ years. If you don't mind change and large cumbersome systems, this will work. There are great people here and many chances for promotion or movement within the company.

Dangerous and bad managers
There were more accidents then ever and their job description is a lie. People were getting stitches and injured every week. They work you to death 12 hour shifts. Run!
Decent company to work for
CertainTeed is a very large company so they try to get the pay scales right but at the same time since they are so large they have a ridiculous amount of paperwork and Human Resource hoops to jump through making some things insane.
