Hello Yes you are correct. The F97 is a lower cooling fan issue, not running at all or running at slow speed. The DC supply voltage to the cooling fan boards can be checked on ERC at( CN300 Pin 1 White ) to (Pin 7 Black) The voltage should be +5 DC voltage.
