I suspect it's a fiber thing. You could be getting a lot of all one type depending on your fruit and veggie mix. I've noticed that I'm good if I consistently have at least half a sweet potato (roasted, cooled = good source of resistant starch) during the day, not so good if I go a couple of days without.
