How far are you in modifying the report? Have you been able to open the report layout in Report Writer? The default check I believe is a Text Report, and it would not allow font size changes.

Hi - I did not know about the "Text Report" feature. So, I did uncheck that box, closed Layout and went back in (you were right, I had to close it to be able to see the Drawing Options). So, the good news is, I could change the font size in the Drawing Options. Then saved the layout, and the form and then went back to GP.

It appears that you haven't applied permissions to the modified version of the check. You have to check your Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports setup (Tools->Setup->System->Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports). But first make sure you are modifying the Alternate ID that the target user is assigned to.
