Does Brandt Snedeker have a putter in his bag?
Two-time Wyndham Championship winner Brandt Snedeker is a creature of habit. Although the Tennessee native became an equipment free agent late last year, his dedication to some aspects of his bag has been unwavering. Take his putter, for example.

What shafts does Snedeker use in his irons?
Snedeker always leans towards a forged cavity-back iron. In his woods, he prefers metal shafts that are mid-launch and mid-spin. The structure of his set is exactly the same, as well: driver, 3-wood, 5-wood, 4-PW, 52-, 56- and 60-degree wedges...and the old trusty Odyssey.
How far does Brady Snedeker hit the ball off the tee?
Snedeker doesn’t hit it a long way—averaging just 284.1 yards off the tee this season—nor does he hit the ball particularly high. He relies more on spin and accuracy than the now-popular high-speed game. Snedeker earned his first PGA TOUR title at the 2007 Wyndham and won the tournament 11 years later on the strength of a first-round 59.

Driver
As a non-contracted player Brandt Snedeker recently put the 2021 Mizuno ST-Z driver in his bag. Mizuno’s second generation Forged SAT2041 Beta Ti face provides powerful ball speeds and consistency. The ST-Z is a balanced toe/heel carbon composite construction with the weight pushed deep central back for optimal spin and a straight ball flight.
Fairway Woods
For fairway woods, Snedeker uses a 14-degree TaylorMade M6 “Rocket 3” fitted with a Fujikura Ventus Blue 7 X shaft. The 3-wood includes TaylorMade’s TWIST FACE™ and ADVANCED SPEED POCKET™ technology. Twist Face is a groundbreaking face curvature to rectify the face angle on off-center hits.
Irons
The irons in use are the Srixon Z785, 4-iron through 9-iron, all with Aerotech SteelFiber I95 S shafts. The irons feature a tour cavity pushing the mass behind the impact location enhancing the golfer’s ability to work and shape the golf ball. Furthermore, a speed groove is added to allow more face-flex thus increasing ball speed and distance.
Wedges
Snedeker uses a variety of wedges from different manufacturers with including a 48-degree 10S, 52-degree 10S, 56-degree 10S Callaway Mack Daddy 4 wedges all with Aerotech SteelFiber I95 S shafts.
Putter
Odyssey White Hot XG Rossie putter is one of the few clubs in Snedeker’s bag that stays consistent. The Rossie is a highly beloved putter among PGA Tour players with more weight placed on the perimeter of the head for a high MOI.
Final Thoughts
As a golfer that is not committed to a single brand, Brandt Snedeker often experiences with different clubs from various brands to achieve his best results.
