To clarify, I don't want a character with insane AC or HP. I already have ideas for builds like that and that doesn't seem fun to me to just tank everything. Pluss it's hard to make a narrative with characters that don't at least have SOME risk.

Okay, so this is more spitballing than anything, but if create food and water can create 30 gallons of water (150kg) in a container within range, would it be possible for a player to mage hand an empty container into the air, summon the water in it, and then because mage hand cant hold heavy objects, let it fall on an enemy? Is there a rule about casting two spells at the same time, even when one doesn't require concentration? Would it require two different spellcasters? Could you even summon the water while the container is falling? This is all just a DM overthinking tbh. Edit: For those saying that I'm not doing alot of damage for a 3rd level spell, in my game we consider falling objects to be traps, we do use a DC save for these, and we use an increased damage chart because realistically, 150 kg is alot of weight even from a height of 10 ft, especially for small or medium targets.
