Starting an SSRI as a resident
My anxiety has gotten to the point where I’m not eating and have no appetite. This used to happen to me in situations where I get anxious, but now it’s constant. I’m also cycling through feelings of hopelessness and depression. This is not only due to residency, I have some personal stuff going on as well but residency is definitely part of it.
